How Xpert Virtual Tax Preparation Works:

 

Step 1: Scan or take a picture of your required tax documents using a scanner or smartphone

 

 

Step 2: Choose Preparer (If you do not have a preference select No Preference)

 

 

Step 3: Fill out a brief tax interview online and answer the questions to the best of your knowledge

Step 4: Upload your tax documents in the online tax interview when prompted and submit.

 

 

Once a tax preparer has started working on your tax return you will be invited to our client portal.

Your return is completed within 2 business days and sent to you, along with an explanation of your credits and deductions for review and approval before you pay. (If you are due a refund

you have the option to have your fees deducted from your tax refund).

 

Please know that under no circumstances are clients under any obligation to file their taxes with us.

 

The client will be able to sign his or her return from any location and

from any smart phone.
